Lynda Wharton has been at the forefront of wholistic health in New Zealand, for thirty years. During this time she has operated a busy health clinic specialising in the wholistic treatment of woman’s health issues. By combining her expertise as a Naturopath and Traditional Chinese Acupuncturist, Lynda has helped thousands of women return to vibrant good health and happiness.
A passionate communicator, alongside her health career, Lynda is recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading health writers. For over 25 years she has been a freelance health columnist and writer for many leading publications including: National Business Review; Business Times; Herald on Sunday; Mindfood; Fitness Life; Australian Nature and Health.
Lynda is the author of three woman’s health books, the most recent, “Wellbeing – an essential guide to vibrant good health for women”, published in 2007 by Harper Collins.
Over a quarter century of clinical experience and health research, writing and speaking, has uniquely equipped Lynda with a wealth of practical experience, and insight in the realm of preventative health and wholistic wellbeing.
Having lived through ten years of struggle and grief, with a daughter who almost lost her life to addictions, she has experienced firsthand, the cost of trauma to our mental, emotional and physical health. Years of extreme personal challenge mean that Lynda’s knowledge of health, resilience and happiness is based on much more than her years of clinical experience and academic learning. Life experience has gifted her with insight and wisdom to share with other women struggling to overcome life challenges.

Arvinderfee from Albany Yoga Rooms is our Replenish Retreats yoga teacher. Arvinderfee is an inspirational Yogi who holds a wealth of knowledge across different types of yoga as well as anatomy, biomechanics, dance, reflexology and NLP.
This breadth of study gives her a balanced approach in her teaching. She has witnessed the transformational power of yoga for people from all walks of life and across every level of expertise.
With her expert guidance, you can start to unlock both your range of movement and your peace of mind. She provides a safe space where you can challenge yourself within your own tolerances and gain a sense of achievement, resilience and peace.
